Splendida porzione di casale nel castello di Forsivo di Norcia, con giardino e vista panoramica sulla Valnerina. L'abitazione, a ridosso dell'antica cinta muraria, si sviluppa su 2 livelli. Al piano terra troviamo un'ampia zona giorno con angolo cottura, un camino e un forno a legna, oltre a un bagno di servizio con la lavatrice. Al piano superiore troviamo 3 grandi camere da letto matrimoniali, due delle quali con bagno privato, e un terzo bagno comune. Tutti i bagni sono dotati di doccia.
Al piano terra dal soggiorno si accede direttamente all'ampio giardino pianeggiante di 310 mq, in parte mattonato, e a un ulteriore lotto di terreno scosceso di 1280 mq, che segue le mura perimetrali del paese e sul quale sono presenti antichi terrazzamenti.
L'abitazione è dotata di caldaia a Gas e di 2 scaldabagni elettrici per l'acqua sanitaria. Per il riscaldamento è presente una stufa a pellet al piano terra e pompe di calore caldo-freddo al piano superiore.
Finestre in legno con doppi vetri. Pavimenti in cotto. Si vende ammobiliata e pronta per l'uso.
L'abitazione è stata resa totalmente antisismica con interventi di consolidamento in fibra di carbonio e tiranti in acciaio. Il tetto è stato rinnovato e isolato termicamente.
Il castello di Forsivo, incastonato nella catena dei Monti Sibillini, risale al XIII secolo ma era già abitato in epoca romana e longobarda. Le terre sono ancora oggi amministrate dalla Comunanza Agraria, erede dell’antica organizzazione amministrativa del castello. Una successiva espansione del paese è riferibile ai secoli XVI e XVII. Nel paese sono ancora visibili i resti delle fortificazioni del duecentesco castello di poggio con torre di vedetta dalla quale si possono scorgere le torri dell'intera vallata. Gli abitanti erano conosciuti per essere dediti alla produzione e al commercio di “cremosina, che serviva per tingere le stoffe pregiate. Le 2 chiese di Chiese di Sant’Antonio Abate e di Sant'Apollinare, con elementi gotici e cinquecenteschi, risalgono al XIV e XV secolo, risalgono al XIV e XV secolo.

Splendid portion of a farmhouse in the castle of Forsivo di Norcia, with garden and panoramic view of the Valnerina. The house, close to the ancient city walls, is spread over 2 levels. On the ground floor we find a large living area with kitchenette, a fireplace and a wood-burning oven, as well as a service bathroom with washing machine. Upstairs we find 3 large double bedrooms, two of which with private bathrooms, and a third shared bathroom. All bathrooms have a shower.
On the ground floor from the living room there is direct access to the large flat garden of 310 m2, partly bricked, and to a further plot of steep land of 1280 m2, which follows the perimeter walls of the town and on which there are ancient terraces.
The house is equipped with a gas boiler and 2 electric water heaters for domestic water. For heating there is a pellet stove on the ground floor and hot-cold heat pumps on the upper floor.
Wooden windows with double glazing. Terracotta floors. It is sold furnished and ready for use.
The house was made totally earthquake-proof with carbon fiber consolidation and steel tie rods. The roof has been renewed and thermally insulated.
The castle of Forsivo, set in the Sibillini Mountains, dates back to the 13th century but was already inhabited in Roman and Lombard times.
